If you can stand another Crocs question....

I was checking the web sites for styles and see some have "Highlander" which I bought for my daughter. Some have "Aspen", so does the official web site,which does not show "Highlander" at all. The Crocs site also has "Professional", too. Anyone know the difference, and if the "Highlanders" are now discontinued? Want to venture a guess?

I think that the Highlander is the Aspen model (maybe last year's version of it). I have a pair of Aspens and they are completely closed. No front vents and no holes in the top. Great for winter and cold rainy weather. Take this with a grain of salt because I am pregnant, but my feet get hot in them even when it is 20 degrees. They don't breathe at all and I would never wear them to Orlando.
The Professional has side vents, but no holes on top. Would definitely be cooler than the Aspen, but still might make your feet hot in warmer weather.
The Cayman is a narrower version of the Beach or original Croc.
These are truly the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

I just bought a pair of Highlanders (that I will be returning!) I found the Aspens at a different store right after I bought them (will be returning there to try them!)

The Highlanders are sized S-M-L etc.. The Aspens are Whole sizes, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 etc... not a combo of 2 foot sizes. I think this is why the Highlanders didn't work for me. I want to try a shoe sized for one foot size.

The Highlanders have what I think looks like a "crown" design on the upper foot part (away from the toes). The Aspens just had several vertical lines going from toe to upper foot part (sorry, don't know the technical names) as I recall.

I think the sizing is really the main difference.
