There is a post on the Cricut.com board that some cartridges are defective. They won't cut the cupcakes on pages 25-27. I know some of you don't always open your stuff in a timely manner. So to avoid a nasty surprise later, if you bought this one, you should open it up and try to cut the cupcakes.

You can contact ProvoCraft about a replacement, but they won't send you one until they get the defective one back, so it could take a few weeks.

Hope, thanks for the info. I just tried to cut the cupcakes on those pages with my cart and it worked fine.

Some people are taking the carts to Michael's (since it's an exclusive) open and they are exchanging them. It might depend on your Michael's tho ... but I say it's worth a shot. I still have to try mind out. Geez, I hope it works!
