would you check out the RAC (Remote Airline Check in) service to see if Southwest is included yet? Or if the RAC staff there have any idea when SWA will be at the BWV?

I understand SWA RAC is up and working at the BC/YC/BCV in addition to the value resorts and is set to expand to all resorts soon.

We're using SWA for the first time in April and it would be so nice to get rid of our luggage at the resort.

I'm a RAC newbie (I loooked on the Transportation forum but didn't see a RAC sticky/FAQ). We'll be at BWV in May. If RAC is operational by then, will we be able to check our luggage at the RAC counter/desk then use a car service to get to MCO?

I was there last week and I was handed a flyer when I arrived at ME at MCO. Southwest is listed on the flyer as a Participating airline at the Boardwalk. This was official information distributed by disney and actually written not just a word of mouth.

Yes, you don't have to be using DME to use the RAC desk at the Resort.

We just came home on friday from BWV's & we were able to use SW luggage checkin. We had bought the early bird checkin & were giving our boarding passes @ the resort.
