If wishes really do come true, what are you wishing?

1) I wish the IRS would move the tax filing deadline to sometime sooner than April 15th, that way I could take my disney vacation sooner. Im a corporate slave and tax accountant. Not good.

2) I wish I could eventually figure out some other line of work so I wouldnt have to be a corporate slave and tax accountant. Thank god for this website or my workday would be even worse.

3)I wish back when I started college that someone would have slapped me in the face and told me what a moron I was to even think about doing this type of work.(no offense to other corporate slaves)

4) I wish it was april 1st and I was getting ready for my trip to AKL and Boardwalk Inn.

5) Oh yeah, I wish for all that peace on earth stuff too.

1) I wish for a safe and blessed holiday and New Year.
2) That come January 1, 2003 that the first six months will pass like a whirlwind so that I can hurry up and return to WDW!!
3) That there will be huge discounts so that I can upgrade my 15 day vacation this summer to a deluxe resort and still have money left to shop shop shop!!!
4) That Dh will say yes to a WDW thanksgiving hoiday.
5) To continue to believe that dreams really do come true and watch them as they happen.

As far as WDW-related wishes go...

I'm really wishing I can make it to WDW in 2003. We are trying to have another baby so timing is tricky. I'd really rather go with an infant than when pregnant, and we had originally targeted Thanksgiving 2003, but that wasn't meant to be, so now we'll have to see what the future brings. I don't know whether to plan a trip tentatively and plan to cancel if the family situation changes, or just wait to see what happens over the next couple of months. In any case, it will definitely take at least six months (minimum-- 8-9 is better) to be ready for the trip financially.

I know it seems strange to be simultaneusly planning/fantasizing about a new baby and a WDW trip, but frankly, thinking about WDW is stress-free, so it's my go-to fantasy when the other planning gets me down!

I wish my dd7, would smile...laugh & skip along pulling my arm out of it's socket until I have to say..."Ok, enough already!"
I wish she wouldn't cry, and say things like, "I don't want any Christmas presents mummy, I just wan't Daddy to come home."
I wish she would stop having tummy aches, head aches, and throwing up for no reason other that nerves.
I wish I could make it all better, and have all the right answers, and know exactly what to say, so she will come out of this a happy, well adjusted child.
I wish my exhusband hadn't been such a controlling jerk, and had made wiser choices in his life.
I wish Santa will still live in her heart next year, and this will not stop her from believing in the magic.
I hope this trip to WDW will make it all a little easier to take at Christmas time.

I wish that all the sick children could be well again, because if I'm finding dealing with her emotional pain hard, I can't even IMAGINE what it must be like to have your child ill, and not be able to help them.

Have any of you ever seen the Christmas special on the family channel with the woman who puts her wishes in Santa's mailbox and they all come true!! Maybe with enough pixie dust we'll all be lucky as well. Here's my dream list!

1. No WAR!
2. Move back to New England - like ZooMommy, no offense to the Midwest but it's just not home to me!
3. New jobs with larger salaries for me and my hubby - if we move we need new jobs - right?
4. Another Christmas trip to WDW but this time with NO RAIN!! If it has to rain I wish it would rain the 1.5 inches typical for December not the 7 we got!
5. Health and happiness for all!

I'd wish for a trip to WDW!!!! I don't care where I stay...as long as I get to visit the BEST place on earth. That would be my Christmas wish for sure
