If we will miss DL opening by an hour, should we hit DCA opening instead?

I'm trying to figure out a game plan for our arrival day. We are only doing 2 days this trip since we're mainly in S. Cal for a wedding and just wanted to get in a couple DL days since we'll be so close. We are checking out of a hotel in San Pedro Sunday morning and will head over to check into Tropicana as soon as I can get everyone up and going. I'm guessing we will most likely leave San Pedro around 8 and hit the park around 9-9:30 am. DL opens at 8 am plus there's Magic morning that day. DCA opens at 10. Would you just hit DCA early opening for Soarin' at 9:30 and do DL later or hit DL first to grab a fastpass or 2 and ride a couple rides first? Does anyone know when FPs typically start running out on Sundays? We don't want super late return times either since I doubt my kids will last past 9 pm or so. We will have Monday in the parks as well.

If I were you, I would hit DL for an hour and then go over to DCA, because from my experience (and from what I've heard from CMs) even with MM the park doesn't really get crowded until 10-12. Usually what'll happen is that the MM people will hit up the rides before 8 and then the regular crowds will hit up rides and both groups start to calm after about an hour or two into the park hours (esp. the MM people who get worn out with dealing with the regular crowds after an hour and decide to get breakfast or take a mini-break).

Do DL, the park isn't that crowded until 10 or 11, you can still get some stuff done in DL. Grab some FP's and then head over to DCA if you're so inclined.
