If using ME from PC, what time do you have to have your bags ready?

We are staying the pop Oct 3-7 and using ME. Our flight home is at 2:30 what time do we need to have our bags ready? Do we have to take them to a check in desk somewhere? We have never used ME we always drive to WDW. Then what time do they want us to be ready to leave the resort?

I have never stayed ath this resort, but generally I think your pick up time is about three hours prior to your flight. As far as your bags, it depends on what airline you are flying. Some of the airlines you can check the baggae in the hotel and it is transferred for you. I'm not sure what airlines they are, because we fly Spirit and that is not one. If you are not on one of the designated airlines, you just take the luggage to the bus with you and they load it on. When you get to the airport, you unload it and take it with you to check in like you normally would when you fly.

Here's how it works:

On your last night, you'll receive a confirmation and vouchers for your return trip, with a specific time for your bus. It is usually 3 hours prior to your flight time. If your flight leaves at 2:30 PM, then you will be assigned a bus that leaves around 11:30 AM.

If you are flying on one of the airlines that have 'Resort Airline Check-In', or RAC (American, Continental, Delta, jetBlue, United/Ted, Northwest, Alaska and AirTran), you can take your bags to the RAC desk at your resort and check-in for your flight, check your bags and get boarding passes. Then you board your ME bus at the proper time.

If you are NOT flying on one of these airlines, or do not wish to use RAC, you don't need to do anything else. Just present yourself to the ME bus with your luggage at the proper time.
