If SWA doesn't do DME, why did I get luggage tags?

I'm so confused.

I thought Southwest wasn't a DME participating airline. But yesterday, I got the yellow luggage tags in the mail and they have our flights and everything. I have no idea what to do now... do I put them on the bags and they'll appear in our room? Or do I need to go ahead and get them at baggage and take them to the busses? Once I get off the busses, Disney will transport them to the room, right?

Ugh. I think I've confused myself even more...

YES, Use the luggage tags EVEN WITH SOUTHWEST!!! Your bags WILL be delivered to the room. Participating airline ONLY comes into play on your trip home!! You have to take your bags on the ME bus for the trip back to the airport and check them at the airport. You won't be able to check them at your resort.

you use the tags for the trip down -anyone on any flight can use the Magical Express. Unless something has changed since January, you cannot check your bags at WDW for the flight home when flying with SWA. That's what the participating airline thing is all about. What you CAN do, when flying SWA, is go to guest services at the resort and check in for the flight and print your boarding passes 24 hours before your flight is set to leave.

NO you do not need to collect your bags when you arrive at MCO. If they have the tags they will be directed to your hotel for you. On the return trip if you fly SW you will be responsible for your bags.
