If the skyliner is down, where do the buses drop off and pick up at Epcot? Still International Gateway, or front entrance?

Pop busses ran from the front of the park in February when the Skyliner was shut down for some spectacular lightning.

There is no bus stop at International Gateway. All bus stops are at the front of Epcot.
