Ok on another thread it was posted that the Elsa and Anna line is hitting 7 hours!!!!!!
Would you wait that long?
Is there any character you would wait a long time for? If so who?

Absolutely not. Positively never. Seven hours is a disgustingly long time to wait for a few minutes to chat with characters, popular or not. It's just as disgustingly long for a ride that'll last at best 3-5 minutes.

I won't wait more than 30 minutes for any character, or any ride either. :crazy2:

Nope. It wouldn't happen. I was balking at the 45 minute line we waited in to see Tinkerbell during "Fairies Week" last year. We got some super adorable photos, but I wouldn't have waited longer than that for any character.

I'd consider waiting that long to meet Idina Menzel. ;). If it included a private sing-a-long.

I kind of said this in another thread but none of us would wait. Except me and then only for Maleficent and only if the line isn't ridiculous.

As I have said, if that was the ONLY way for my son To meet Woody/Jessie/Buzz I would do it -- then again, I am the sMe person who slept outside in Philly in February for Bon Jovi tickets at 19 so I might be the crazy one.

My mother made us wait; I swear it was 6 hours, but that might just be my memory. I was young and think I remember the wait more than the exhibit. ;)

I have about a 30 minute patience level with waiting. More than that and I start to feel like I'm imprisoned.

Not for any character or meet and greet, but if someone were handing out large sums of money, or to save someone's life I'd stand in line for 7 hours. I think that's about it.

7 hours???No way!!! I waited in the Anna and Elsa line in December. It was about a two hour wait. I lasted 10 minutes, then I left. :rotfl2: Way too long for me.

I wouldn't wait more than 1/2 hour - 45 minutes for any type of fictional character. There are some real celebrities I would wait that long for though.

Lots of people camp out and wait for concert tickets and/or new electronics/video game consoles, etc... but that's not after paying $100 a day admission. When we're spending that much there is no way I'd waste the day away in one line. If I were local and had an annual pass so the extra day wasn't a huge factor I might stand in line for a few hours to hold a spot for my family but I definitely can't stand in any lines in excess of 45 minutes WITH small children.

I'm glad my DD is 22 and too old for this! I feel so bad for the parents of young kids who would say no to their kids!! I would go waaaaaaay put of the way to avoid the malls on the weekends just to not have to stand in the Santa Claus and Easter Bunny line!! ain't nooooooooo way I'm going to spend more than 30 min for a character! it ain't gonna happen! nope!!

Oh I remember that!!! I am really showing my age now:sad1:

There is no way, no how I would ever stand in that long of a line for either a character or a ride....even if the ride was SDMT.

I kinda feel bad for Anna and Elsa. If someone waits 7 hours to meet you, Anna and Elsa better be spot on and deliver the character interaction of a lifetime. That's a lot of pressure on the poor CM playing the role :rotfl:
