We are hoping to go back to Disney in September but have to look at funds for how long we go, where we stay, and where would eat etc

So my hypothetical question is IF money wasnt an issue and you could spend 4 days in Disney

1, Which hotel, type of room would you stay in?

2, What resturants would you eat in :)

You never know I may win the lottery this week and be able to have a splurge lol

I just read the review at Auberge and it looked really good BUT I have two young boys would I look odd going there as it looks more for girls :confused3

The junior suite or would you go full out for Walts suite :) lol

I'd book a park view CC room at the DLH, and eat at CG and Inventions. :)

Hopefully that's what my next trip to DLRP will be anyway! :)

I will be predictable and say a suite at DLH

Eating - I love all the sit down restaurants - I have a soft spot for Walts though

Our next trip to Disneyland Paris will be our Honeymoon, so I'd really want to splurge on that! If money was no object-

1- We'd stay in the Castle Club (Not fussy for which suite)
2- We'd dine in-

Day One:

Lunch- Rainforest Cafe
Dinner- California Grill

Two:

Lunch- The Auberge (Whether Robert wanted to or not!!)
Dinner- The Chicago Steakhouse

Three:

Lunch- Cafe Mickey
Dinner- Blue Lagoon

Four:

Lunch- Walts
Dinner (If we were leaving very late!!)- The Silver Spur.

*sigh* How lovely!!!

I can see you've already thought about this :) I hadnt heard of half the resturants named here nevermind saw them when I visited so I need to go back to say OHHH thats where it is lol

Money no object then it would be the Sleeping Beauty Suite at the DLH, no question, not sure quite what I'd with the piano
grandpiano.jpg

but I'd have to slide down the dining table.

and obviously I'd wave at all the poor people from my balcony, that way they'd think I was someone famous. :lmao:

and I'd have the best hotel chefs in my kitchen

to cook for me.

I shall be thinking about all this next time I'm collecting my takeaway from Annette's on the way back to Cheyenne.

You know, if it was only Jack and I I wouldnt get the SB suite....even if I had loads of money I jsut couldnt spend extra for a dining room and piano, lol.

Anyone else find the kitchen super dissappointing?

I would book Leisure Select on the Eurostar, direct from Ashford to Disneyland Paris. I'd have a limo pick me and my family up from my house and drive me to Ashford.

I'd stay in the Sleeping Beauty (Presidential Suite) at the Disneyland Hotel (£3,000 per night!!) where I would have flowers and champagne for my beautiful wife and a few cuddly toys for my Son(s)

Monday
Afternoon: Waltz
Evening: Buffalo Bills WWS

Tuesday
Afternoon: Cafe Mickey
Evening: Inventions

Wednesday
Afternoon: Auberge de Cendrillion
Evening: Manhattan Restuarant

Thursday
Afternoon: Waltz/Blue Lagoon
Evening: California Grill

kitchen is a bit naff

:rotfl2:

The kitchen is actually hidden in the Suite...if you are staying there you aren't using the kitchen, it's staffed for you hence no need to be super special

well if money was no object it would be an insult to not stay in walts suite :lmao:

the foods looks nice if you are into that kind of thing but none of us would eat it :rotfl:

With a seperate entrance so that you're not disturbed, by your staff coming and going. :) ::yes:: :) ::yes::

I'm definately coming around to this idea, is there a Helipad close by ?
With that much money I'm bound to have my own transport.

Definitely Sleeping Beauty suite and just enjoy the luxury of it all.

Inventions, California Grill (although never eaten there yet) and Auberge.

Then if money really was no object Id throw a private party in the park - paying for everyone especially all my friends (so you need to be all nice to me) starting with a private meal at Inventions with everyones favourite characters and then all the rides open for as long as people wanted in the park with a fabulous firework display at the endor is that just being greedy

That Sleeping Beauty suite will be really busy.:rotfl2: I would book the DLH and pay for all my friends and family to have CC suites/rooms with premium vouchers, so they could choose where to dine. I would also like a private fireworks party in Fantasyland, hosted by the characters with special appearances/dances by all of the princesses. So if I win the lottery, keep your diaries free....;)

For our 10th anniversary we decided to push the boat out and go to Disney Paris. First class on the eurostar, stayed at DLH (not a suite!) and drank champagne cocktails!

We did eat at planet hollywood and rainforest cafe - couldn't relax at the posh places!

I would also stay in the Sleeping Beauty Suite (DH plays the piano so we could actually use that!) I would still eat in the places we usually eat in though; California Grill, Inventions, Walts and maybe Blue Lagoon (if the reviews seemed better!) Plus having that room I would probably order some in room dining.
I would also probably book a VIP guide for the day, going around the park with the VIP CM's is greta fun, they know so much about the park and they are very enthusiastic about the place. Plus they tell great stories.
I would also hire the park out one evening too for a fireworks display!

I'm going to be different, I would chose a suite in HNY as I love this hotel. I would probably splash out & dine at Inventions but I would still have to pay a visit to Annette's:thumbsup2
