Is that a bad park to go to during the day?

We are not staying onsite so we can't do EMH but I was thinking if MK was having EMH at night, might that be a good day for us to do MK in the morning? As a rule, is the EMH park going to be crowded all day or do you think it will just get busy mid afternoon on? Some opinions?

Just trying to pick a day with lighter crowds since we can't do EMH

I don't honestly know since I haven't been back to WDW since they started the nighttime EMHs. However, I tend to lean toward the way you are thinking---that the park would get crowded later in the day and the crowds be on the thin side in the morning.

I'm wondering about the days there is a morning and evening EMH - avoid that park all together? Go to both morning and evening EMH? Or just one or the other? Will it really be that crowded? Does EMH really attract a lot of people? I can see it attracting a lot at MK since more is open but the other parks only have a handfull of stuff open especially in the morning.

A thing about EMH is that all of the MK isnt opened, only specific parts, for example when i went last auguest only tomorrowland and fantasy land were open in the EMH in the morning, in the evening i believe that Frontierland and Fantasyland are both open. The same applies for all the parks that have EMH, only certain things are open during that time. Also it isnt too crowded for the morning EMH seeing as only guests staying at one of Disney's resorts are allowed to take advantage of this offer.

We are also staying offsite. We always avoid EMH and have had very good luck missing the crowds, but now it's just a bit trickier since there's evening and morning EMH. My plan is to go to MK between the two EMH days when we're there. So far the EMH days for MK for our time frame is Wednesday evening and Friday morning so I'm doing MK on Thursday. I'm doing MGM the same way...on Monday. Epcot we're doing the day after their EMH evening so we'll be there on a Friday. We're skipping AK this trip and doing a second day at MK and I chose Tuesday. Tuesday has always been a good day for us at MK.

According to the Disney site, I do believe that it says that certain rides are open in the morning and in the evening those same rides are open late including some one that weren't open in the morning to give you a wider selection :)
