Yesterday, I had the same problems with the online system but in the end was able to get EVERYTHING that I wanted. I even got better hours and restaurants as I checked later in the day.

I was soo stressed about this so I feel your pain but in the end, it was okay. My only glitch is that they charged my cc for a CRT ressie but I will have to call guest services because I am on DxDP.

I didn't get quite what I wanted, but I'm ok with what I did get. The on-line system wasn't getting me anywhere, and when I called in I had a 25 minute wait.

I will keep trying back to see if a Fantasmic Dinner Package opens up. They had none avail. on 11/27 for any of the restaurants. If we don't get in, we'll just have to plan ahead to line up early.

I got everything I wanted except for Thanksgiving Day. Couldn't even book T-Day online this morning. When I called I told the CM I would take anything after 4pm anywhere in MK. I think she sounded relieved that I wasn't demanding. She found me a 4pm at Tony's. Wasn't even on my wishlist but I took it. Atleast we'll have Thanksgiving Dinner at MK!!!
