If Inside Out is successful...

how quickly do we think Imagination at Epcot gets re-themed? Is there any way they don't use the Captain EO Theater to take people inside the brain (ala Body Wars)?

I'm just purely guessing here... But I'm thinking the movie will be a huge success, big enough to have its own pavilion and leave figment alone. I've heard people say it would fit into that health pavilion theme so maybe they can open that up again.

I don't know about how successful the movie will be (I'm afraid Jurassic Park sucked a lot of dollars away), but I like your idea Ambear. The characters from the movie would be perfect for the health pavilion.

Jurassic Park is one of the main reason we will be going to Inside Out (not that we wouldn't anyway). DS wanted to go to Jurassic World but he isn't old enough so we promised him Inside Out. I'd think Inside Out is going to dominate with the younger crowds. If anything Minions will cut into some Inside Out money, but IO is coming out first so it would only be tail end money.

I've heard and read the movie is great, and I would LOVE to see a pavilion or anything based on the movie. My only concern for anything happening is that they're already not planning on having meets with the characters, despite them doing so for a preview, at least according to Kenny the Pirate.

That would be a great fit. Which means it will likely not happen :(

Haven't seen the movie yet .. but definitely feels like an "adult" movie (it is rated PG) sort of like UP or Wall-E were . (Thank goodness .. it has been awhile since a good Pixar story). Sure .. it has funny, cute cartoony characters in it .. but the story definitely seems serious.

So I don't think it will have the popularity of say Cars or Toy Story .. simply because I don't think kids will "recognize" with a little green character that is supposed to be in your head.

That being said .. it looks like a brilliant movie

Oh. You mean like one of WDW's best attractions that they let rot away to nothing?

Don't see anything happening at Epcot anytime in the near future. And no matter how big it gets, it will never be the phenomenon that Frozen is, which had to reach a maximum frenzy to get them to replace Maelstrom with. As actor Lewis Black, who voices Anger, "Oh no, we don't have a hit song."

My daughters got the Read Aloud book when we were in the Disney Store. The story line is quite deep--children will enjoy the story and it gives some food for thought for the adults. We got tickets for this Saturday morning. Can't wait.

I will end up seeing this because I worship Pixar but I just wasn't remotely impressed by the trailer. The reviews on RT so far are unbelievable. Is this really that good? I thought the trailer and all the little spots I've seen so far were so cliche and I didn't laugh at any of it, or even think it was particularly creative. I know Pixar trailers are always awful though.

I think it will be very successful and just like most successful Disney/Pixar movies, won't receive its own permanent attraction.

I agree with PPs that the old Wonders of Life pavillion would be perfect! Also, Figment has a large following with guests (me included)--please don't screw that pavillion up anymore than it has been already!

I saw it, and it's awesome. At no point did I feel I was watching a kids movie. If you liked Ratatouille, you'll like this.
