The Powerball is $53 million, if I won I would help my family and pay for cancer treatments for a dear friend who has no health insurance. Then I might think about taking up residence at AKL in the president suite, for at least a couple of weeks..... What about you?

BUT, then I would stay as long as long as we could in every one of the WDW resorts

First thing I would do would hire a good tax accountant/advisor.

Then, I would pay off everything. We'd travel -- of course to Disney World, but other places as well so the kids would have a well rounded experience. With the private tutor I would hire, schooling would not be an issue. We'd buy vacation home everywhere they appealled to us.

I would definately set up education funds for the kids as well as trust funds. There should be nothing financially they would ever have to worry about.

Then I'd put money towards sick children -- whatever charities/organizations I felt would help the kids the most. And, definately, Make A Wish. We have friends who took a trip through them and had a wonderful experience. I'd like to share that with as many sick kids as possible.

Oh, to dream........

Pay off all my inlaws', siblings, best friends' mortgages.
Give money to friends who wanted to adopt a kid but don't have 10K to do so.
Buy a big house for my parents.
Start a doggie rescue.
Start a trust funds for all the family kids.

And if I still have money left, I'll buy a private Carribean island, and make it part of DVC.

Take care of family, save enough for the "older" years and set up a charitable foundation with the rest. Oh yeah and take a luxury trip to the world. Then the daughter and I would go one heck of a shopping trip.

I would......pay off all my debt, pay off any debt of my mom and sister, buy two new cars, buy my dream home in Celebration, and then I wouldn't have to work so I would volunteer my time at an animal shelter.

ooooo, I love questions like this! I would buy 2 new cars (winter and summer), pay off all my parents bills, pay off their cars, travel all over the world with them and my friends, pay for the rest of my schooling, build a house somewhere warm, get a flat screen tv, go see some concerts all around the country, and then....save some money of course.

take care of my family, I want to make sure my grandma and the older people I love so they don't ever have to worry about money again. I would hire someone to make sure my brother and sister are taken care of and some other relatives that need help also.
I would set up education and trust funds for my children, grand children and any great grandchildren.

Spend the rest of my life playing "fairy godmother," like this:

Say, for instance, someone in my community gets sick or hurt, and has no medical insurance. Their fairy godmother - that's me - pays their medical expenses anonymously. See, if they knew who I was, it would take all the fun out of it.

I could do that for the rest of my life, easily.

Great reply BLISS4US, I know how you feel. The interest alone would be enough to do random acts of kindness. My husband says that I am too generous sometimes. I don't enjoy buying things for myself as much as for others. The one thing that I might like to have for myself is a housekeeper, I hate dusting.
