If I was an AP holder I would be boiling right now.

I'm confused...I'm a current AP holder, and I'm not getting emails of deals...what's the deal here?:confused3

I get a PIN very often (3-4 times a year). Usually via email, sometimes via snailmail. They are always addressed as "Dear Passholder" and usually from Disney Destinations (vacation@registration.disneyworld.com). Make sure your Spam filter is not filtering them and make sure you register your AP on the Disney website and log into the account often. They are good for up to 4 trips per PIN (usually) and if you book a trip using one, you can usually move the dates around with the same PIN as long as there is still availability.

That's about all I can offer. I constantly price trips and go 3-4 times a year. Other than that, don't know why I get so many PINS. :confused3

Thanks for the tips, Grace! I appreciate it!:goodvibes

Enjoy your vacations!

We are new pass holders. When I called to book, I was told to just book and when the AP rates were released to call back and change. Don't know if this is the best thing to do. But I sure would love to find rates better than $119 at Pop Century. What happed to the discounted rates. I understand the its a business, If was staying there I would gladly get the dinning plan. but for $119 at a value resort and $51 at the Marriott. Guess where we are staying.

I have never gotten an AP pin, this year have only been passholder since September though, I did get the regular plain jane general public PIN (which I am very grateful for, thanks Disney :thumbsup2 ). One of the frustrations that many AP holders have is just that; some are getting great discounts w/ AP PIN's but most are not.

I've been an AP holder for over five years and have done everything you suggested. I go to WDW 4-5 times a year and have never received an AP PIN, nor do I ever get an email about anything relating to my AP. Heck, half the time I don't even get the Mickey Monitor (maybe once or twice a year).:confused3

When you go 4-5 times a year do you stay onsite? Do you go on an AP deal? Have you ever booked Free Dining? Have you ever cancelled a trip after you booked it? Have you ever booked recreation reservations? Do you make your dining ressies online? Do you call Disney often to check for "deals"? Do you register your trips in your online account?

These are all things I do pretty often so maybe doing some of these things would help? Also, call the passholder line (# on Passholder booklet) and tell them when you don't get the Mickey Monitor. I get them via snailmail (sometimes 2 copies!) and also via email. I do so many "disney" things online I am probably on every list there is! Also, try inquiring about a Cruise, that's a list too.

Tell the CM at disney that! They CAN work some pixie dust!
