If I Want to Rent for July 05, When???

I think I might like to rent points for a 2 bedroom villa for July 05. When is the earliest I can do this? I'd like to stay at BCV or VWL. Thanks for any info. I am new to renting and would like any info on how to go about it. Thank you.

Reservations can be booked 11 months prior to checkout date, so the earliest you could book would be August this year on your checkout date. You could start looking to rent points whenever as long as the renter does not mind waiting until August to finish the reservation You would want to find someone renting points from the resort you are interested in to book at the 11 month window. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the 7 month window when reservations are excepted at any resort that is available. Of course, the easiest would be to rent from a BCV or VWL member, so you can get your reservation squared away right from the start Best of luck to you!
