Minnie's Halloween dine ( or whatever it's called ) Fantasmic dinner package how do I do that?

My adr date is April and I've never made a dinner package reservation. Also we are on the DP

You book the Fantasmic lunch or dinner at Hollywood & Vine. You have to actually book via the Fantasmic package: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/hollywood-studios/fantasmic-dining-package/

It's not always available at 180 days, but opens up later.
