a Tylenol Sinus before going to bed tonight? Or should I just take Tylenol? Or Ibuprofen?

I'm congested and I have a headache and I want to feel better! I almost never get sick, but when I do I'm a lousy sick person.

I've taken two in one day before, and I'm here telling you about it! ;)

I wouldn't make it a habit, though!

No worries there, I hate taking ANYTHING! But all of my natural remedies have failed me, so I'm desperate.

Claritin is an antihistamine. As long as you did not take Claritin-D, you can take Tylenol Sinus, because that has a decongestant.

Awesome, thanks!
Nope, no decongestant. Just loratadine.

I was going to say this. But if you ever have a question about drug interactions you can call any pharmacy, seriously they are better at knowing drug interactions than doctors.

That's really good advice, thank you! It never would have occured to me, and I don't know why.

Thanks a bunch! I appreciate it :)

I think you are setting yourself up for a night of no sleep, decongestants oftEn mean stimulant and add to that non drowsy antihistamines and you could have trouble. At night I only use Afrin for my family. It is dangerous long term but for a few night very so often it's a good choice IMHO. also, it's topical so it doesn't mix with other medicines As much which I also prefer.

feel better

We've called several times, especially since having DD. The pharmacists have always been more than happy to answer any questions about OTC meds.
