If I stay at one resrt can we still do the character dining and activities at other resorts?

My dd5 would love the alice tea party and princess tea party at GF but If we dont stay there can she still do it? Anyone know???

We love eating and touring other WDW resorts.
It's the next best thing to staying there.
We really enjoy eating at
"O'hanas Best Friends Breakfast" at the POLY--Love Lilo & Stitch;
there is also Mickey & Pluto.
There is a Kids parade with the characters around the restaurant--
which is really cute and fun!!
Our budget limits us from staying at Deluxe resorts
and I am happy they we are able to enjoy visiting
the resorts. Have Fun!!
