If I remove an ADR from MDE ?

I have an ADR for DS and his wife that show up on MDE for Victoria & Alberts that I made for them months ago. It shows up on my plans but they are the guests. If I remove that from my MDE page will it cancel the reservation? I don't want to cancel it. They want to invite as friends so we can all share plans but I don't want them to see that till I can tell them in person.

I should add I'm not on the reservation,nor do I manage it. It's just on my MDE page.

If you made the ADR, it’s connected to your MDE account, no matter who the dinner guests are. And yes, if you remove it from your MDE you will cancel it.

You might be able to have it added to their DME if you call the dining phone number, but that results in the same thing, they’ll be able to see it.

The easiest solution is to just tell them about the surprise before they link the accounts.
