If I need Lemon Juice for a Recipe

Three tablespoons of it - can I just squeeze a lemon???

I have a great tip for this that I picked up in a home hints book--it works great! Pierce the lemon with a toothpick and squeeze out the juice you need into the table spoon. Now you wont have to waste an entire lemon for just a little bit. I would still use this method for 3 tablespoons--it's a lot cleaner too--you won't get pulp and pits! Hope this helps!
