I leave in 5 minutes for my arthroscopic knee surgery (outpatient) and it usually takes me 24 hours to come off of the general anesthesia and be in complete control of my mental faculties.

Kinda like a double-dose of NyQuil for a day.

This out to be interesting. My family is not used to me being "down"!
