I know that I've promised a gift basket to a couple of you next week. I don't remember who and I've packed away my list with the vast majority of my other possessions in an attempt to protect them in case something happens to my house during Frances. I've already made the baskets, but I'm not sure what next week will bring. Frances has the whole state of Florida running scared. I will do my best to deliver as promised. If I don't make it, please forgive me.

Thanks, guys! Yes, Kendall and I are still going to AKL to ride out the storm. We are really nervous about this one. I'm glad I purchased that flood insurance! I will post as soon as I am able once the hurricane has passed! Kendall is so excited about staying concierge level at AKL that she's stopped worrying about the hurricane. I guess the extra money is worth it, although I wonder how much difference it will make during the storm.
