...you can use any reasonable force to restrain me until I come to my senses!

They finally gave up at 10 last night and went to sleep and were up and ready for action at 6!

Bless them they are only 5 & 6.

Oh dear we've just had 'you're not my friend anymore' again better go!

you have my sympathy- the trouble is the older they get they longer they stay awake for :scared1:

Girls eh!

LOL, I'm thinking of you Jo  Just wait till you've got a 15 & 17 year old and you've got to get the Bacardi Breezers and WKD's in too :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I bought one of the Disney Singstar games on PS2 this week, and last night it sounded like a couple of cats were having a fight, thankfully hubby & I were able to escape to F&B's for a couple of drinks :)

10 o'clock? That seems fairly early to me.

To be honest I gave up with sleepovers when DD was 9 and the other girls ganged up against her and shut her out of her own bedroom!

Well done Jo, you survived it though and you will do it again and again hon:goodvibes

Well Millie cired as she left so I guess she was sad to go!

Could have been worse though - the little brother was at Grandma's and was up at 5:30!

And yes I will do it again once we've recovered lol!

I held off sleepovers til this year as other people's kids frighten the life out of me............:rotfl:

Now I've told you that I'll make you feel better by admitting I have 3 of Eve's friends (10) sleeping over tonight (after her party) and I'm dreading it............:scared1:

OMG - I would have called to parents to come and get them.....

I remember driving my mum wild when I had sleepovers when I was younger... we used to stay up as long as we could, making as much noise as we could, so we could have our midnight feast (!!), then fall asleep instantly after, only to wake up at around 6am and continue making serious amounts of noise!!
Well done for surviving your first sleep over!!! :thumbsup2

My youngest DD is at her friends birthday sleep over now ;) This Mum has 2 of her own children 9 and 5, and then another 4, 8-9yr olds girls :rolleyes1 , but to be honest I know that when my DD is tired she'll just give up and go to sleep whilst everyone around her continues to have fun, apparently that's what happened last time they were all together

I kinda live in the county, when My DN friend come to stay at 12am she decided she was frightened of the trees, NOT FUNNY, I had to hold her hand for about 3 hours while my dn and hubby slept, that was when she was 8, now she is 12 i allow it, you can tell I was traumatized but the whole experiance?

Hey Jo, at least no one vomited:rotfl: any sweeties.

Do you reckon boys will be easier than girls Jo :)

Probably not! When he gets to that age they can go in a tent in the garden!

That is horrendous :scared1:

True, very true - I did supplement the midnight feast with some pairs of flight socks!

Well I went to pick my DD up at 10 this morning, and apparently she left the birthday girl and friends at 8.30pm to go to bed ;) and stayed there all night and had a good night's sleep apart from her coughing
