Say I buy 200 points from Kadani next month, can I make a reservation somewhere else for May 2009 starting in November 2008?

If your "piece" of Kidani will be available for occupancy on May 1, 2009, then you may use your points for a stay that begins on or after May 1, 2009. (I don't know if May 1 is the actual date, I'm just using it for illustrative purposes).

If you are booking a non-home resort, you may call to make the reservation 7 months prior to your planned check out date. For May 2009 reservations, the 7 month window opens in October, 2008.
