Yes.

It's very likely that it will link to your MDE automatically when you make the purchase.

You are able to add them immediately if you buy the tickets and request the will call option. I can't remember if you get the numbers to add to MDE immediately or if they email them to you shortly. This is what we did earlier this year & never actually picked up the tickets at will call

Mine linked automatically to my MDE account, I did not need to add the ticket numbers on my own

Maybe mine were added immediately, I can't remember exactly I just know the same day I was able to link them to each family member

When you buy the ticket and select will call when you complete the purchase there will be a 10 digit number it will show you on the screen. You will enter that code to your mde and it should link up..Make sure to print a copy and take with you you will need it when you pick up the ticket.. Also you may have to go in and change a few of your FP+ selections.. When I did ours some of them said it didn't have an available spot for the ticket to link with ours..

I did this for my 2014 trip (bought online from Disney, chose Will Call) and got the Will Call confirmation number on screen and a prompt email with it, too.

I may be wrong, but I remember going into my MDE account and linking the number - AND needing to choose from a dropdown box whether this was an actual ticket number OR a will-call confirmation number. Just FYI.

I called them because I needed to renew our annual passes and purchase six day park hoppers for our daughter. The CM said that she could give me the confirmation over the phone and I would have to link them to our accounts. She wouldn't email the confirmation to me but the vouchers for the annual pass will be mailed to us, along with my daughter's tickets.

Then I had to go into my MDE account, put in the confirmation number and then assign the tickets to the right people using the drop down menu.

I didn't expect to have to do all the work myself. A year ago when I bought six day park hoppers for my DH and I, the tickets appeared in my MDE account without me having to do any of the work. I had called resort reservation and told them I wanted to modify my reservation, and the reservation CM got the tickets linked. This year when I got the phone prompts I got the ticket sales CM, I guess.
