If free dining offered soon, what dates will be covered?

I know nobody knows for sure, but if free dining is offered for the public soon, which dates will probably be covered? We are going mid-Sept, do you think it will cover up til then? Also, do you think moderates will get QS or regular dining if free dining comes out?

Mid-September has always been covered previously by the general public offer, and the moderates have always gotten regular dining on that offer.

However, there's still no way to know for sure what will be done this year.

The in room offer that we got for 2012 free dining was only QS at the Moderates.

We are using a PIN for free dining in June and the mods were also QS . We opted to stay at POP and upgrade to the regular DP. Hopefully your's will be DDP for mods.

yes, I have heard that the moderates now only cover QS. It's still good but it's and extra $16/adult per day if you want to upgrade to the regular dp. I am not sure how much more it is for children, probably a few dollars more. Anyone know when they usually announce free dining for Sept?
