If family uses different CS's, can you bring one CS meal to another CS restaurant?

I hope I explained it well in the title! If DH and I want our CS meals in one place, but the only children's CS option DS9 wants is in a different CS restaurant, could we get his "to go" and all eat together in the 2nd CS restaurant????

Depends on the location of the counter service.

We did the exact thing when we had lunch in The Land at Epcot. We chose to do our counter service there but my son wanted burgers so he went to the burger shop and brought his burger to our table. (tables are open and for all to use)

Say DS wants a hot dog from Pecos Bill's and DH and I want something at Pinocchio's...can we get his hot dog as a carry-out, place our sit-down CS order at Pinnochio's and sit together as a family to eat at Pinocchio's?

I don't see why that wouldn't be allowed. It's all food bought at Disney restaurants, and you'll be eating food from the 2nd establishment. I wouldn't think twice about doing that, IMHO.

We did this at AK -

We purchased happy meals from Restaurantasauras for our 2 children & then walked to Flame Tree, purchased meals for us (DH & me), & then ate all 4 meals at Flame Tree.

Some meals are, of course, more easily transported than others. The happy meals, of course, came in the little individual happy meal bags. I don't think other CS places would have carry-out bags, but I could be wrong. So, it might be hard to carry/transport what you bought to another CS, but I'm sure it's doable & not "disallowed".
