Um..... we're pretty much back to "stay at home" lock down again here.

The guidelines are "as soon as a county has 14 days of being off the watch list, things may start opening again".

Yeah, with today's announcement - if you're on watchlist, nothing happening. If you can't open schools, we're not seeing DLR any time soon. Newsom threw the gauntlet down on Orange's BOE. Let's see if Orange county can get it together and do this before the end of the summer!

The governor said he would announce guidelines sometime after July 4th, not specifically on a certain date. This isn't about calendar dates, but about public safety. I think the numbers will have to go down and remain stable before we get an announcement.
