I’d take a wait and see approach. We also own Sheraton Vistana as well and lost a lot of options when they were purchased by Marriot. They even managed to screwup SPG

Actually Spacex was about to buy Space220 but Bezos found out and is suing him because he said its his football and unless he wins no one gets to eat there.

A useless poll. There is too much money in DVC. I don't see them selling until they have squeezed all the money out of it.

I’m not sure what Disney would sell. They will not sell the buildings, most of them are attached to a Disney hotel. I don’t think there is huge money in operating the DVC resorts, so buying the rights to operate them wouldn’t bring in a huge chunk of change for Ceapek.

I don’t see Disney selling Dvc, however if they did I wouldn’t sell right away
