In the past 48hrs I was able to book an Annual Pass Holder rate at the resort I had been trying for as well as lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table.
Both the resort and the lunch had been unavailable for the past month. In my experience, when it comes to WDW, persistence pays off every time, so, if you really want an ADR or a hotel, keep calling!

Same here. I just got the final reservation I've been trying to get -- after more than a month of trying! Not for a very good time, but at least I have it! Never give up!

You know you're a Disney addict when you have the Disney Dining phone # programmed into your speed dial (That would make a fun thread, wouldn't it? I can think of another good one already -- you know you're an addict if you're more than 4 months out from your trip but know precisely how many days it is until you leave!)

I keep trying to move an ADR for my December trip, hope my story turns out at good as yours!

I am also trying to change resorts for the first week of December....I am not having any luck though and at this point am thankful I got something!

Yes keep calling !! We have also gotten almost everything we want in the way of ADR's and hotel by just keep calling back.
