If anyone gets an AP rate in Oct for the AStars...

post it here. I just called this morning (8/30) and still nothing for the second and third weeks in Oct. I'm hoping that as people change their minds on going, someone here will call and find that there are openings.

I called yesterday and they had availability for the 14 and 15, preferred building, but I sure it's gone now. BUT, they did have it! Things will continue to open up, I sure. People will do a lot of changing around.

Roberta if your dates are flexible try getting a ressie one or two days different in either direction. Remember too that the moderates are only $10 dollars more a night with the AP discount. If your budget's not tight consider them. Finally, if no AP ressies are available AND you have an AAA autoclub membership ask about their discount. It's about 15% off but better then no discount at all.
