The guy is creepy but the question is whether there is proof here. Taping someone looking out the window isn't much. Can she also show that he daughter was actually changing clothes at the time?

Good point. And if it is wrong for him to watch the girl changing her clothes, isn't it also wrong to make a video of someone who is masturbating in the privacy of his own bathroom?? (Not that I agree with that argument, but I could easily see his lawyer raising this issue of the legality of her videotaping him) A couple of $5 miniblinds here could have prevented a whole lotta mess.

I was just coming back here to post that same thing. And also, I'd question (because we really know so little of this case on both sides) what came first (no pun intended)...his "activity" or her getting undressed? Did he do "that" as a result of her undressing, or was he just doing it anyway?

So in light of the new information we either have....

a. A peeping tom in which legislation needs to be put in place that none of us are allowed to look out our windows and any time so that this doesn't happen again.

or

b. We have 2 counts of indecent exposure, the girl visibly naked through her window and now the creep visibly naked through his window.
