If a firetruck is coming towards you

and you are on the other side but there is a median, do you stop and pull over ?

I always wave firemen are HOT (no pun intended).

There would be no need to pull over though, they aren't going to hop the median.

Please do not "stop" if a firetruck is coming towards you, you are supposed to pull over to the right always even if they are on the other side of the street. Yes, they can and will "hop the median" if they have to and that is why we should always pull to the right.

I slow down regardless. If I know they won't be coming over to my side of the median, then I don't pull over. But lot's of times they do.

When I say do not "Stop", I mean do not stop where you are, pull over to the right and then stop.
