...go to your resorts front desk and they can look it up. We were charged for our youngest at Norway's Akershus, he's 17 months. We didn't notice right away and when I did, I didn't know where it happened. We went to the front desk and they looked it up and corrected it without any problems. Just sharing the info, just in case this happens to anyone else! I was stressed out about it for a few hours for no reason!

8 years ago, on our honeymoon, on the old old food plan, we realized that they never took off our dinners from Flying Fish! I cannot remember how they tallied the points then, but the whole night didn't exsist on our tally.... so, we went to the front desk to try to make it right, and she said, "enjoy"! Glich in the system and we benefited from it. We were happy we left a cash tip for our waitress...
