Identification for FL Resident Annual Pass

Hi all, just had a question about purchasing an annual pass.

When buying a new annual pass at the parks, will my FL Driver's License be scanned (like at a bar), or do they simply check to make sure it is not expired?

They will make sure that the annual pass, Florida license and credit card are all in the same name, and address as that associated with the pass. (In other words, only a Florida Resident can purchase a Florida pass).
