Ideas for what to mail down to the resort?

I've never mailed anything to our resort before. This year there's 13-15 of us going so I thought it might be a good idea for at the very least - snacks. Assuming cooking is minimal - any ideas for what packs well, packing hints and preferred shipper? And - how is it mailing things this year in light of world events?
