Ideas for romantic evening

Ok so my girlfriend will be visiting me here in March...I wanted to have a special romantic evening planned for her. I was thinkin about possibly watching Wishes from either California Grill or the beach at the Polynesian...what do yall think? Or maybe do you have any better ideas?

I went to Cali Grill when I was there in December and I have to say I really was not the impressed with seeing the fireworks from there. You see the castle from an odd angle so the fireworks don't "work" with the castle like they do when you're in the park. I think it would be much nicer to see it from the train station in MK.

The beach at the Poly sounds very romantic!

My girl and I ate ate Tony's, then went out to the Hub to see Christmas Wishes. We were all dressed up, too. It was a pretty rockin' night.
