We are having a dessert party the night before the wedding and an evening wedding at the Yacht Club Gazebo with the reception at Ariel's. Does anyone have suggestions for a third group event? We will have approximately 30 guests.

congratulations & welcome to the dis!

if you have the budget, a welcome dinner once all yours guests arrive at wdw or a going away brunch the morning after or days after the wedding is nice. we are hosting a welcome dinner for all our 56 guests at dtd rainforest cafe they have a private room & selected menus. we're also doing a rehearsal dinner with our parents & wedding party at artist point along with a group spa & lunch with moms & bridal party while my fi is doing a fishing excursion & lunch with dads & groomsmen on one day.

it doesnt have to be scheduled with everyone you could maybe do a wedding newsletter stating your plans, ie we're teeing of on monday at the magnolia golf course at 9am contact jane doe if you want to join us, cost $0. you could also do small gatherings like with your wedding party or parents ie a wdw tour or park hopping together. keep in mind this is your disneymoon as well as a vacation for your guests so dont overload but enjoy.

we're also having a ycg wedding & reception at ariels except in the afternoon along with a prereception & our idp that evening. best of luck with your plans.

We (& the bridal party) are arriving on a Thursday. That night we are heading out to Downtown Disney/Pleasure Island for a combined Bachloer/Bachloerette Party.
On Friday, we are having a rehearsal and then a dinner for all of our guests (about 30-40) at O'Hana's. We are paying for the dinner (minus alcohol)
On Saturday (day of the wedding) we are planning on a small bridal brunch/lunch/tea before we start getting ready. That afternoon we have the wedding and then dinner at night.
On Sunday, we would like to have a going away brunch that we're not necessarily paying for, just organizing.
Atleast one of these mornings, there will be a golf trip for my future in-laws and whoever else would like to go.
