I am posting this because I know you all are very creative. I mentioned last month I am a wish granter for a 4 year old girl who wishes to meet Anna and Elsa. We got the approval and are waiting on the final word for the dates. We like to do a creative wish reveal to get the kids excited, and here is what we have so far. If you all have any other ideas, please let me know:

1. A friend of mine who works at Disney has made a video of Ana and Elsa telling her they can't wait to see her
2. We have made a countdown calendar. We plan to fill it with tips and trivia to get her and the family excited. If you have any to add, please let us know.
3. I have rewritten the "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" lyrics and am trying to find somewhere to record. I plan to put these on a DVD with the vidoes.

Do you wann build a snowman?
Come on let's go and play.
On March 3rd you're gonna come,
and we'll have lots of fun,
it's not that far away!
You'll eat ice cream for breakfast,
and ride some rides.
There's so much we have in store.
Do you wanna build a snowman?
And meet the girls from Frozen?
And so much more.

I'm open to any improvements/suggestions. WE want this to be magical.

Who is going to do the song? I have a pretty decent Anna voice (singing.) ;)

My BIL is doing Mickey Mouse's voice for our reveal video. He is excellent at it, and after I struggled to find it everywhere it occurred to me he used to do voice acting. DUH! I told him he could make a killing on projects like this. LOL!

If the reveal is in the morning, include ice cream!
And if she's getting a special dress to meet the princesses, can she receive it then? I would suggest having fake snow but where you are you might get the real stuff.:goodvibes

I am doing the song. The reveal will probaly be in the evening.

The sister of a DISer is offering to custom make her a dress. I was waiting on the dates. I do have a wig, but thought that I would give that to the family with the dress so it doesn't get messed up.

You could also do "Let Us Go"

That is fantastic that you are involved in helping with this wish!

A "red carpet" made of a snowflake of icicle printed runner (like wrapping paper or tablecloth by the roll) that leads from the door to where you'll do the reveal.

A marshmallow Olaf to eat.

Make pressed penny coin tubes and an autograph book using personalized frozen-themed designs from the Creative DISigns board here on the DIS.

A personalized "going to Disney" or "wish trip" tshirt. Again, using designs found on creative DISigns or ETSY.

Ah the magic of Make a Wish!
First off, I want to say thank you for helping out with the wishing process!
Almost a decade ago [we are going to vising GKTW this December for a reunion], I was a make a wish child who actually wanted to go to Disney World to meet Ariel!
My wish granters made everything Ariel themed for me which definitely made the trip much more exciting to look forward to.
I'm not sure what ways you will be surprising the little girl, so maybe if I share you what my granters did - it could give you some ideas! (:
I was in the hospital at the time receiving treatment, but was taken to get an MRI and see therapy. Around that time they decorated my hospital room with Ariel decorations, seashells, starfish, even were playing under the sea. They gave me the movie special edition, had plushies on the bed, as well as a gift basket filled with goodies that were for the trip: a disposable camera, a homemade ariel themed autograph book (which Ariel complimented on big time), an ariel pen, as well as a princess tiara. The nurses took me back to the room to surprise me with my granters standing there smiling. They did something similar to the Anna and Elsa video; but they had found a great impersonator of Sebastian to call me.

So in general...
The greeting you have from Anna and Elsa is absolutely perfect! Just perfect. The song is wonderful as well. I'm not sure if you'd be up for doing it but the autograph book that's themed on the Frozen girls would be a nice touch if you could find someone to make one.
Little trinkets (like a toy or plush) of frozen could work.
Fake snow maybe?? A cupcake snowman?

I do wish you the best of luck with this! Again this was a touching thread to read, so thank you for sharing it! Anything you do, will definitely make this child smile. That is one of the amazing moments about this! Cherish that smile and reaction, it definitely is a special thing.

I'm not sure if this will help you with the reveal but we have surprised our daughter with little frozen gifts each morning of the trip to help make it magical. Each morning she gets a present from a princes (Elsa, Cinderella, Rapunzel, etc. that include a Frozen shirt and a Frozen or Princess surprise. Target and Walmart have a great selection of reasonable priced items. She loves that the princesses want to help make her trip special.
