Ideas for DD's birthday in MK?

We will be in Disney for a short trip end of April, 3 days only. We will be in MK on my DD's 11th birthday and would like to do a little something special for her while we are in MK. We are not planning any table service meals that day, wanting to make the most of our time in the park. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Get fast passes for her favorite ride and give her all of them so she can ride it multiple times.

While she is on the ride, go into the gift shop for that ride and get her something to remember those rides.

Get a meet and greet FP+ for her favorite character and a frame to put the picture in.

We were in Disney on my sister's 11th birthday and there is lots to do! Make sure to get her a birthday button, they are free and every cast member who sees it will tell her happy birthday. Also, you can ring Goofy in Town Hall and he will sing happy birthday to her, ask a cast member when you go in to show you where to do this. Many face characters will also recognize the button, or you can tell them, and they will make a big deal over it too, so make sure you see her favorites!

We celebrated both my boys birthdays in Disney World last year (both born in January). We had a special treat delivered to our room from the Disney florist that included the happy birthday ears. On my older son's actual birthday we spent it in MK - he wore his ears and had a button and we ended up doing the wishes desert party for the fireworks that night (which also was our last night of the trip). The staff was really great and even went out of their way to get a candle for his cupcake
