Ideas for a 70th birthday celebration

My father turns 70 soon, and my mother, my brother and I are planning to surprise him with something "special". The problem is that by now we have done many of the classic Disney events, so I am on the hunt for something different. It would need to also cater to children (3,6, and 9). Thanks for letting me pick your brains!

have you done any of the cruises - Illiuinations or Wishes?

how about a tour on something he is interested in - garden, architecture, countries, the MK tour?

have you visited FW - there are several things to do there - that are free....

what does he like to do?

Thanks for your response. I failed to mention that we are indeed thinking about a Wishes cruise (d'oh!), and I will certainly give your suggestions some more thought.
