Ideal time for Mythos reservation?

We plan to be on hand at opening and will either tour US or IOA as efficiently as possible during the early hours. We will also have Express passes. This will be Friday of Thanksgiving weekend. At what time do you think we should make a reso for Mythos? Im asking in terms of not breaking the flow of effective touring on a BUSY day. Clearly you can not say when we will feel like eating, but in terms of touring strategy what are your thoughts??

Mythos opens at 11am so you might want to get there as soon as they open. Think of it as having an ADR that you made six months ago.
