Given all of the discussion about lost points, incentives and such for DVC rebooking of canceled reservation maybe there is a need to help DVC members understand that They become "owners" when they purchase. They did not purchase points, they purchased actual physical property, like x# of square feet of a particular room as stated in the deed. Also discuss dues and where they go. So much misunderstanding out there. That word Club really mixes people up.
