Can anyone recommend a cute meal for my DD3.5 and I to share on our upcoming mother/daughter trip in May? We are meeting up with two of my sisters and having most of our meals with them but I have one extra TS credit to use. I thought DD and I would so something on our own. Any ideas???

My niece (who was 4 at the time) and I did the Askerhaus Princess Breakfast which she loved! She dressed as her favorite princess (Ariel) and we saw Belle, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Snow White, Jasmine, and Mulan. The other dinner she really enjoyed was 1900 Park Fare (dinner with Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, Druscilla and Anastasia). While we did Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace too, she was really all about the princesses.

The Princess breakfast is a great idea! My DD who was four last trip loved it:) You get a great picture with it so have her dress as her favorite princess if you go. Also what about the Grand Floidian princess tea party. I think she has to be potty trained to attend, but that always seemed fun. Maybe someone gas done it that can elaborate:) I will be there fir Mothers Day as well so I hope other posters have some more great ideas.

I think the Princess breakfast is a great idea too. Or, if you don't want to use a park pass, I'd do something in the Grand Floridian....it's so pretty! Maybe 1900 Park Fare or even Grand Floridian Cafe. Have fun!

My 2 cents: Princess meal! (provided she's into the princesses) Another character meal if not!

Thank you all for your suggestions. Here's the deal, we were there in September for her 3rd birthday and did the dinner at 1900 with Cinderella and the gang. The step mother scared her to death!:scared1:We also did the princess lunch at AKershus and she loved it. I wanted to try something different this time. Thinking maybe about the Mary Poppins breakfast at 1900. Anyone know anything about that??

When we went to the Mary Poppins meal, the Mad Hatter was there. He is really loud and obnoxious so your daughter might not like him....

We also did the Mary Poppins breakfast, and it did have the mad hatter and Alice in Wonderland. The Mad Hatter didn't bother us too much, and the girls really liked seeing Alice. Mary Poppins didn't walk around when we were there, she was in the lobby area when we arrived to do pics and autographs.
We must have gotten lucky when we did the Cinderella dinner at 1900, because there was no stepmother, just the mice, cinderella and the prince! Thank goodness for that, my girls would have hated her!!
We are doing Cinderella's Royal Table this year, and are really looking forward to it. I believe it's 2 TS credits.
Does she like other characters? If so, maybe the character meal at crystal palace, or something like mickey's backyard bbq? (never been to those, so can't really offer any reviews on them)
Good luck on whatever you choose!!

I took my granddaughter to the Princess Tea Party at the Grand Floridian and she had a great time. It was a very special Mommy and Me or Granddaughter and Me event. It was more intimate and one on one than the other character events we attended. Towards the end of the brunch, the girls got to get up and dance with all the princesses. (Cinderella was not at this function) The girls all received a rose and a special princess doll as she left. There were no men or boys on the day we attended, which it made it a very special event for me and Allie. Grandpa attended all the other princess lunches and breakfasts and had a great time.

We loved the princess breakfast and the Crystal Palace Pooh characters lunch. The food was fabulous and it was "fancy" for my girls. Plus, they loved all the character face time!
