Idea for 2 park touring plan with EP (post HP opening)

Hi,
As I understand it The Rip Ride Rockit Coaster does not allow Express Pass and it is unlikely that the new Harry Potter ride will either. So do you think that post HP opening this would be the best plan to try and hit the best of both Parks in one day with Express Pass:

1. Go straight to Harry Potter and ride the new ride at park opening
2. Walk to Universal Studios (fast) and ride Rip Ride Rockit
3. Ride all other rides as required at U.S. using EP (use single rider line if want repeat rides)
4. As 3 above for IOA

That would work but it would wear you out. Why not just stick with IOA first and do everything there then go to the Studios. If you're going to have an EP anyway there is no sense in running back and forth between parks.

I was just thinking the same thing (to run between US and IOA in the morning...
We are staying onsite but RRR doesn´t have an express line, does it?
We will be there in July so probably a loooooong wait for it then ....

I may end up skipping RRR because of it's no express. We're only there for 2 days, and HP is way more important! Hoping for early entry to HP in October, we'll do FJ each morning first thing, then on the second day we'll go over to Universal. By the time we get there RRR's line might just be too long. But we'll see.

Because RRR does not have EP line. So, I was assuming that by the time I got to the Studios the line would be too long for it.

By the way, does RRR have single rider line and, if so, is that likely to be quick?

Yes...there is a single rider line for the HR3 and the wait isn't usually too bad compared to the standby line.

It's your vacation and I wouldn't run back and forth between parks but hey...If that's what you decide to do then more power to you.
