this is a first draft of a guideline itinerary. (demanding MIL (and lady with the cash that is paying for this whole trip) dislikes superstructure where i prefer to know where I will be more or less all the time)

April 6-arrival time: 10:30am get luggage go to hotel (offsite @ buena vista suites) settle in a little, go shopping at outlet mall near hotel, maybe head over to Downtown Dis for dinner/more shopping try to get some sleep

April 7- MGM for the day (closes 8:30p)

April 8-Typhoon Lagoon 10a-3p then right to EPCOT Until it closes

April 9-Magic Kingdom for the day as it is open later (10p) and there is parade @ 3pm, 9pm + wishes. We will skip those and take advantage of shorter line-ups (hopefully)

April 10-Blizzard Beach 10a-we get tired of it then either go relax at the hotel or take in some more time at EPCOT

April 11-Magic Kingdom as it is open later again (10p) use the 3pm parade time to take advantage of shorter lines (again hopefully) then catch spectromagic & wishes

April 12-Animal Kingdom 9a until we tire of it (maybe 2p-3p...11yo not too fond of the idea of animal captivity, makes her uneasy) then use the evening to get one last (insert favorite item/ride here)

April 13-Depart 11:30am

I have avoided EMH for each park that we are going to since we are staying offsite. The only exception to that is AK. I have tried to use parade times at MK to take in rides that usually have longer lines as well as getting to see them ourselves.

Feedback is welcome, but please be gentle. This is my first time going and my first time planning a trip. (Not to mention for someone who wants it her way or the highway but is unwilling to help plan) :sad2:

Thanks everyone for answering all my questions!!! You guys are the greatest

I think things look fine. Just remember it may be pretty busy then and you'll want to stay alittle flexible. I'll be arriving on the 12th of April and it's not getting here soon enough!!
