ICONS on Hotwire do not match legend on betterbidding.com

Some of the icons on Hotwire do not match the legend on betterbidding.com for Orlando(Walt Disney World). Does anyone know if the Laundry icon is now left off for Dolphin? also, there is a 3.5 star that just shows a restaurant icon. Does anyone know what that might be? (it was offered at 47 a night.) Thanks. Lisa

I'm not sure exactly what you are saying but its possible that you are getting offered hotels that havent been "identified" yet on that website...there are many

What are the dates you are looking for? I just checked and the Dolphin still uses the Laundry icon on Hotwire. Whatever you are seeing, is NOT the Dolphin without it...

I also remember reading somewhere that you need to click on the amenities on hotwire to see the full amenities offered at that hotel. They don't always show all of them on the short listing. Hope that helps.

Does the 4 * hotel you are seeing also have a Resort icon? If it does, it's probably the Swan. If you click on the link to see the full amenities for the Swan, the laundry icon will show up too, although it doesn't display on the original page.

The 3 1/2 * hotel with just the restaurant icon is a mystery. There are several threads on www.betterbidding.com about this hotel. To date, nobody has been brave enough to select this one.

I think the only time you need to click on the amenities to see all of them is if there are more than 7 associated with that hotel. There is only space for 7 before it has no more room to display them.

The other hotel I have seen coming up lately is the Celebratoin hotel. I am pretty sure it has the high speed icon instead of the business center, but... who knows. ALso, when I booked the Dolphin it did not have the laundry icon.

Someone recently posted that the 3.5* with restaurant icon only is the Doubletree Club.

With regards to the 4 star with same icons as dolphin but not laundry, I think this is the Grand Hyatt. I read that somewhere on betterbidding.com.

The Grand Hyatt comes up even less then the Dolphin!!!
I am pretty sure Dolphin is on Hotwire right now for $96 over the July 4th holiday. I just can't decide if I want to spend the money!

So, you are sayign that this could also be Dolphin w/o the Laundry Icon!?

My recent hotwire attempt brought up the Wyndham I believe.

Amenities: Resturaunt, Pools, Fitness center, Buisness center, Golf nearby, Tennis nearby, Spa services

Did the one you think was the WYndam show as a Customer Fav. If so, you can sometimes figure out what is what by reading the comments. Wyndam's talk about the walk to DTD. I saw some on Swan once, they talked about the white beds!
