Really?! We heard it was still being remodeled! How has it changed?

We were there today....less than 3 hours ago

Ice Station Cool, the outside part is completely gone now. There are still baricades around it. However the store is now open again. It's called something else now, but the name escapes me at the moment. They still have all the sample stations etc. Personally I think it looks much better now with the face lift.

My 14 yo dd is doing a dance of joy! Now, don't ask me why, cause Ice Station Cool was NOT a favorite of mine! Those soda samples were NASTY!

Is it just a shop now? Do they still have the snow section in the beginning? My kids used to love this. It was our only way to make a snow ball as we never get snow here.

Thanks for the link. The pictures on Allearsnet are great. Doesn't look there is an any snow. LOL. I like the build your own cup section. I think the kids will enjoy that.

I like the look of the new station, but I have to admit that I will miss the cave man!!

Also, I noticed the rubber "holey" mats are gone. That floor could get really yucky, sticky and slippery....I think the cm's will be doing a LOT of cleaning on that floor. We always take bets on just how much noise our shoes will make on the ground when we leave that place....we "crunch" for about 15 minutes!!
