I love Ice Station Cool, especially watching unsuspecting guests try Beverly for the first time. I'm taking an Ice Station Cool newbie with me this time, and I can't wait to see her reaction when she tastes the Beverly! I just hope she's not one of those that actually like the stuff.

My 8 year old son actually really likes Beverly as well. He drinks several cups full whenever we are there. The first time he did it I thought he was just trying to trick people around us, but he swears he actually likes it.

i am one that actually likes the beverly... it is bitters... very similar to campari, an (alcoholic) apertif... and it is very settling for one's stomach as well... i find it refreshing

I guess I'm another strange one, as I also rather liked Beverly. And the Lychee flavored one from Thailand was very interesting, tho a tad sweet. But Beverly is a winner in my book!

DaveT1, nasty is the perfect description and one I have used as well to describe Beverly. Two of my favorites are the Mezzo Mix and Vege-beta (sp?).

I didn't like any of the sodas, much to sweet for me. I did trick my son and husband into tasting Beverly, they were not happy with me!

The ginger ale in Ice Station Cool is also good for upset stomach.

The Beverly tastes like Nyquil to me. I like the Watermelon one from China and the Strawberry one from Costa Rica. Yummy!!!
